Weekends are for brunch: Brunch OOTD

This past Sunday I spent the morning brunching with my girlfriends. Honestly, I’ve never been to brunch before, but it was just as magnificent as I imagined. Nothing is better than mimosas and good friends (except for the fact that I was cheers-ing with my coffee because I’m not 21 yet). Nonetheless, it was a fun way to celebrate the end of the semester. FullSizeRenderIMG_2890
We went to this cute little restaurant in our college town; it’s about five minutes away from campus. The restaurant had a gorgeous garden and patio, filled with greenery and a fountain. We were seated inside, which was also beautiful, mood lighting and all. Unfortunately I didn’t get any pictures of the actual venue because there were people seated both in and outside, so I found some pictures online for you!

It was a gorgeous, sunny, but windy, day here in Texas. I wanted to wear something cute, but still comfortable and practical, so I went with a romper. My mom actually bought this romper brand new from a lady we know, because it was too short on her, but perfect for my little 5’2 self. IMG_2905

After brunch, we decided to drive around a bit because it was so sunny and gorgeous outside. We ended up in our town square where there was a lot of hustle and bustle. There was a farmer’s market going on, so we just looked around a bit at all of the vendors, and admired our town.IMG_3827IMG_3840
